This child is clearly the spawn of Satan, yet I couldn't stop reading. I was captivated by each and every encounter, although it definitely is not for the impressionable child (Yeah, the one that tried robbing a bank after playing five minutes of Grand Theft Auto.) Luckily, the story does have a turnaround, although any repercussions are completely debatable.Product details

Look Mom I'm a Teenage Drug Lord eBook Lance Green Reviews
So reading this was so unrealistic it doesn't matter where you are, you can't start selling weed by picking up quarter pounds you wouldn't be able to sell that fast for that cheap without having a bi g client base and picking up pounds at a time and breaking even. This book was just too unrealistic for me, and i didn't enjoy it
Ever wanted Ferris Buller, Breaking Bad, Wolf of Wall Street and Weeds in one? Plus high school drama? Plus turf wars? Plus everything. Wow. Geeze, this book has everything. Not only is it a fun read, it's also got a great moral, of no matter how many times you get away, how well off you are, always--eventually you fly too close to the sun, you burn.
I would recommend this book to anyone and I sent the link to three of my friends before I finished the second chapter. I was hooked. I couldn't wait to read more and it just got better and better. A truly amazing story, and well told.
Ignore all the bad reviews they're just jelly that they had never done something as exciting as Lance Green and be able to be bailed out start over and actually live to tell his True story
This book is a fun read and well-written about a teenage boy who decided to support his drug habit by selling drugs. WHAT COULD GO WRONG? Well, luckily for this kid, not much did. As he writes in the book, he was just extremely lucky. He was born to a wealthy, white family in an upscale neighborhood and was given not just inordinate amounts of money but freedom. His parents (as written, anyway - who knows what the truth is/was) were pretty relaxed about their son going from being a top student to a slacker and as much as he professes to be hyper-intelligent, I honestly can't believe that his parents wouldn't have noticed that their son was up to something, even if they were unsure of what it was exactly. From the fights to the arrests to the constant clouds of marijuana - yeah, they had to have had suspicions. They spent untold amounts of money on bail, attorneys, and other legal help to keep their slacker kid out of jail for his many infractions. Maybe if they'd been a little more on-the-ball, so many other kids wouldn't have ended up in jail or worse.
Fortunately for him, Lance skated just below the radar and wiggled his way out of trouble at every turn, making him a successful teenage drug lord. His friends did not fare as well - they ended up catching all of the trouble that was coming his way. In true teenager fashion, Lance feels sad, throws a party, and then moves on. Too bad for all the lives he ruined along the way.
The end isn't quite satisfying enough for me, personally. Although Lance is taken down a notch (when his parents can't afford to bail him out of hot water) he's still far from humble. He's not repentant for what he's done (including several DUIs where he hit police cars and taunted officers) and ultimately lands a stable job where he can build a career and admirable income, all from being in the right place at the right time. Since he never really works for anything or earns anything he has, he becomes very one-dimensional and unlikeable. I feel like at the start you were supposed to feel impressed that a young boy would have the business savvy to start a business (drug dealing, run like a corporation) and then you were supposed to feel sad that he lost it all - but there's just something wrong in the tone toward the end where he doesn't have any grand realization and instead it just feels like a big book of brags look what I got away with! And now I'm rich and successful and I never had to even try!
I just hope that he's checked with one of his attorneys before publishing this book -- most drug crimes don't have a statute of limitation -- and he's bragged about a lot of bad stuff here. It seems that there would be quite a few people happy to use this book to build a case against him.
Funny, full of suspense, thrilling !
Finished the book in one sitting, and I am about to start reading it again ! Would recommend to any person who loves stories about drug dealers.
This is a good book.
For the first few chapters. After a while it becomes repeats of incidents that happen and the drug lord's luck dragging him out.
Entertaining. A normal suburban teenage kid. A funny story. Story could use some editing. Jumped around alot and ended suddenly.
